The modern apartment complex will be built on a hill with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the African coast. The intimate development will include only 18 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms, arranged in three low-rise buildings. The layout of the buildings will be planned so that each apartment will benefit from natural light and spectacular views.
